    then you will be required to pay VAT.

    Several countries (listed below) have enacted a sales taxes on the sale of digital computer games from 1st July 2017, so any orders from one of the following countries will be charged the country specific Digital Sales Tax:

    • Norway
    • Russia
    • Switzerland
    • South Korea
    • Japan
    • New Zealand
    • Iceland
    • South Africa
    • India
    • Serbia
    • Taiwan
    • Australia

    If you believe that you are being charged VAT incorrectly, please:

    Check your public IP address by Googling for "what is my IP address", it should report back "Your public IP address" and a number then email this IP address to us along with confirmation of your physical location (town/city and country) and the tax rate (if in the EU) that you believe should be applicable.
