Pending order - What is it?

    Sometimes a 'Pending Order' is shown in your account.

    Pending orders are nothing to worry about and it doesn't mean that you'll be charged twice.  

    Order show a status of "Pending" while we wait for payment conclusion from the payment processor - if an order remains "Pending" for a prolonged period this may mean that the payment was blocked and returned.

    When you have completed a payment for an order and we have received a payment receipt notification the order's status briefly change to "processing" before changing again to 'Complete' (or sometimes 'Manual Authorisation').

    Remember, if you've accidentally closed your browser and not completed a payment then simply start the payment process again:

    1. View your cart.
    2. Check the contents.
    3. Click "SECURE CHECKOUT".


    • If you don't see a screen to select your payment method when you click "SECURE CHECKOUT", check that your web browser doesn't have an adBlocker (or similar, e.g. AdBlock Plus) active that might prevent you transitioning from to - we use Adyen to process payment.
