'Order Not Found' when clicking on my order link

    If you click on your order link and are presented with:

    This problem will occur if you are signed into Fanatical with a different account than the one used to place the order. 


    You can either:

    1. Ignore the order link and visit www.fanatical.com

    2. Log into your account with the email address you used to order

    3. Visit 'My Account' in the top right 

    4. Choose 'Order History and Keys'

     

    or 

    1. Visit www.fanatical.com from the device and browser you use to click on your email links

    2. Choose 'My Account' in the top right

    3. Choose 'Sign Out'

    4. Re-visit your order email and click on the link again. 

     

    Once logged into the correct account you will be able to see your order.
