Terms and Conditions of Competition

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you, the entrant and Focus Multimedia Limited of The Studios, Lea Hall Enterprise Park, Wheelhouse Road, Rugeley, Brereton, Staffordshire, WS15 1LH, United Kingdom.

ELIGIBILITY
The competition is only open to customers Worldwide. Entrants must be over 18 and provide a valid email address.

HOW TO ENTER
Entries can only be made online via the Black Friday Sign Up email box

To enter the competition you must enter a valid email address plus full name.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
There is no entry fee and no purchase required.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion opens on 22nd November 2024 at 4 pm GMT and closes at 11.59 pm GMT on 2nd December 2024.

PRIZE
There is one (1) prize consisting of a $500 voucher in the form of a promotional code which can only be redeemed at www.fanatical.com

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

The prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged.

1. Promotion Description: “Birthday Bash Birthday Mystery Giveaway" begins on 6 November 2024 at 04:00 PM (GMT) and ends on 19 December 2024 at 11:59 PM (GMT) (the "Promotional Period"). 2. Eligibility: Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Contest or win a prize. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

3. Winner Selection: The winner/s of the Contest will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted after 12 December 2024 by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received. Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided on their Fanatical email account on or about 14 days after the random drawing. Potential winners must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 48 hours of notification. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively "the Prize Claim Documents"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash.
