1. OVERVIEW

The Capcom Resident Evil Veronica ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Capcom, Inc. (“Capcom”) and organized by Fandom, Inc, with offices at 550 California Street, Suite 830, San Francisco, CA 94104, United States and  Focus Multimedia Limited. (“Fanatical”), (Fandom, and Fanatical shall be collectively called “Company”) with offices at The Studios, Lea Hall Enterprise Park, Wheelhouse Road, Rugeley, Staffordshire, WS15 1LH, United Kingdom.

FOR CLARITY, INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE ON YOUR ENTRY FORM MAY BE USED BY THE COMPANY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADMINISTERING THIS GIVEAWAY, INCLUDING COMMUNICATION AND FULFILLMENT (SUCH AS SENDING YOU A PRIZE). IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR DATA TO BE USED BY THE COMPANY IN THIS MANNER, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY.

For clarity, this Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter (X), or any other social media platform used for entry. 

2.  ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible, entrants must have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and be a legal resident of any country worldwide, provided that this Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Automated or robotic entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries per person are permitted. Entries are limited to individual consumers only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents of Company and their affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Company reserves the right to disqualify from the Giveaway, and any future contest or other Giveaway conducted by Company, and to take such other action as may be appropriate, any Participant or winner who, in Company’s reasonable suspicion, tampers with Company’s website, the entry process, intentionally submits mechanical entries, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

3. HOW TO ENTER

Individuals (the “Participants”) can submit an entry by following all the steps described below.  To enter the Giveaway, you must, during the Giveaway Period (defined below), (i) Visit the dedicated product competition page on Fanatical.com (ii) sign in or create an account on Fanatical.com, (iii) Connect your Steam account (iv) click Wishlist Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen Expansion on Steam (v) Sync your Steam Account to your Fanatical account (v) click the final step on the page to confirm entry.

All qualified entries will be eligible to win the Prize. You will automatically be entered into the Giveaway by following the rules described above.  Only entries received within the Giveaway Period will be accepted. The Giveaway begins on 24th August 2026 at 11 AM BST and ends on 6th September 2026 at 11:59 PM BST (the "Giveaway Period").

By submitting an entry for this Giveaway, you agree to abide by these rules and any decision Company makes regarding this Giveaway, which shall be final in all respects. Company reserves the right to modify the timing of the Giveaway.

Company is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Participants should look solely to Company with any questions, comments or issues related to the Giveaway. Company may be reached by email at marketing@fanatical.com

4. PRIZE AND WINNER SELECTION 

Company will award prizes to up to 97 Participants. The winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible Participants, to be held after the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning vary depending on the number of eligible Participants.  97 winners (one prize per winner) will receive one of the following prizes: a 1TB OLED Steam Deck, a digital key for Dragon’s Dogma 2 or a Fanatical Coupon (“Prizes”). The estimated value of the Prizes is1TB Steam Deck $1052, Dragon’s Dogma 2 digital key $42, Fanatical coupons of varying values $135, $68, $27, $14, $6.

5. NOTIFICATION 

Company will attempt to notify the winners via the email the Participant provided during the submission of an entry.  A winner may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder and that they have Wishlisted the game on their Steam account profile. A follow-up message with information on how to claim the prize will be sent to the winner after identification of the winner.  The winner must respond to Company within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Should a winner fail to respond to Company within such timeframe or be disqualified, Company reserves the right to select a new winner from the eligible entries.  Company is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner's failure to adequately monitor any account. 

Prizes are not transferable.  No substitution of prizes for other goods and services is permitted, except that Company reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximately equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. Company makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded.  Company will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the winner. Failure to comply with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

6.  REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES

Entries may not contain, as determined by Company, in its sole discretion, any content that:

• is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; or contains nudity;

• promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, working firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); 

• promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political or religious agenda or message;

• is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group;

• defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;

• communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which we wish to associate; and/or

• violates any law.

The entry must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If your entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by you and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, you are responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the entry by Company in the manner set forth in these rules. Company reserves the right to request proof of these permissions from you in a form acceptable to Company at any time. Failure to provide such proof, if requested, may render your entry null and void. 

As between Company and you, Company retains ownership of all intellectual and industrial property rights in and to your entry.

7. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CAPCOM AND COMPANY ARE NOT MAKING OR GIVING ANY REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE GIVEAWAY OR ANY PRIZE OR ANY ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY. CAPCOM AND COMPANY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, COST, OR INJURY THAT ARISES FROM, ANY OCCURRENCE, EVENT OR CONDITION OUTSIDE ITS REASONABLE CONTROL THAT MAY RESULT FROM OR AFFECT THE GIVEAWAY OR THE PRIZE OR CAUSE THE GIVEAWAY TO BE DISRUPTED, SUSPENDED OR CORRUPTED. COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL THE GIVEAWAY OR ALTER THE RULES IF AT ANY TIME A COMPUTER VIRUS, TECHNICAL PROBLEM, OR OTHER UNFORESEEABLE EVENT ALTERS OR CORRUPTS THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE GIVEAWAY.

8. RELEASES 

By participating in this Giveaway and/or by accepting Prize, you agree to release Company, Capcom and each of its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective successors, employees, agents, representatives and assigns and any platforms utilized as part of the Giveaway (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injuries, death, losses or damages arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Giveaway and/or acceptance or use of a Prize. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) any injuries, losses, liabilities or damages of any kind including personal injury or death caused by or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a Prize or from participation in the Giveaway; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible Entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (v) any inability of winner to accept or use Prize (or portion thereof) for any reason and such prize or portion thereof shall be forfeited; (vi) any printing, typographical, human administrative or technological errors in any materials or activities associated with the Giveaway; or (vii) any of Participant’s actions or activities at the event (if applicable). 

If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part. Company and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any Participant in connection with the Giveaway.

9. PRIVACY 

By entering the Giveaway, you grant Company permission to correspond with you via email and to utilize your email address and any information you provide for the purpose of the Giveaway administration, communication and fulfillment (including, if applicable, sending the Prize).  The information provided to Company will only be used by Company as provided in these rules, and the privacy policy of the Company posted at https://www.fandom.com/privacy-policy. 

10. GOVERNING LAW

These rules and this Giveaway are governed by and controlled by the laws of the United States, applicable to contracts made and performed therein. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited.

Fanatical Bundle Survey July 2026 – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Description
   The “Fanatical Bundle Survey” (the “survey”) is conducted by Focus Multimedia Limited, trading as Fanatical (“Sponsor”). The survey begins on 31st July 2026  and will remain open until 7th August 2026 23:59 BST or until the required sample size is reached (the “survey period”).
    
2. Eligibility
   The survey is open to anyone over the age of 18. Employees of Focus Multimedia and its affiliated companies, and anyone professionally connected with the survey may be excluded from participation.
    
3. How to Participate
   Eligible participants may take part by completing the survey in full during the survey period. Participation is voluntary, and no purchase is required to take part.
    
4. Data Usage & Confidentiality
   All individual responses collected as part of this survey will remain strictly confidential. Survey responses will be used solely by Focus Multimedia’s internal teams for research purposes and to help improve Fanatical’s products, services, and customer experience.  Aggregated and anonymised responses may be sold, rented, or shared with external marketing partners.
    
5. Personal Data
   Any personal data provided as part of the survey will be processed in accordance with Fanatical’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Personal data will be used only for the purposes of administering the survey, issuing incentives, administering the prize draw (where applicable), and analysing aggregated results.
    
6. Incentive & Prize Draw
   1. Survey Completion Incentive
      Participants who complete the survey in its entirety during the survey period will receive a 7% off coupon for use on their next Fanatical bundle order.
      The 7% off coupon:
      1. Is not valid on charity bundles or any individual games
      2. Is valid until 11:59 PM (GMT) on Friday 14 August 2026
   2. Is limited to one coupon per eligible participant
       
7. Prize Draw Entry
   Participants who submit their email address and explicitly confirm their wish to enter will be entered into a prize draw to win one of the following prizes (coupon will be supplied in country currency equivalent):
    
   1. One (1) x $250 Fanatical Coupon, or
       
   2. Two (2) x $100 Fanatical Coupons
       
8. Prize Draw Conditions
   1. Entry into the prize draw is optional and requires explicit opt-in via email submission and confirmation.
       
   2. Only fully completed surveys will be eligible for prize draw entry.
       
   3. One prize draw entry per eligible participant.
       
   4. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the survey period.
       
   5. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided.
       
   6. Winners must acknowledge receipt of the prize within 14 days of the notification email being sent. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.
       
   7. No cash alternative is available, and prizes are non-transferable.
       
9. General
   1. Focus Multimedia reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the survey or prize draw at any time where reasonably necessary.
       
   2. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
       
   3. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Mystery Vault - Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Description: “Mystery Vault Competitions" begins on 21st July 2026 at 02:00 PM (BST) and ends on 02nd September 2026 at 02:00 PM (BST) (the "Promotional Period"). By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Focus Multimedia ("Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Contest.

2. Eligibility: Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Contest or win a prize. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

3. Winner Selection & Prize Conditions

The winner of the Steam Machine 2TB Contest will be drawn at random at the end of the bundle period (21.07.26 – 02.09.26). Every Mystery Key purchased across the entire 6-week window accumulates entry tickets, and the winner will be chosen at random once all of the entries are in.

Prize Specifications & Shipping:

• Condition & Compatibility: The Steam Machine has been opened and tested for verification and quality assurance purposes. Any electrical prizes are supplied with UK/EU plugs. Other country adapters will not be supplied, and it is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure that adequate power sources or peripherals are purchased to fit their country's voltage requirements.
• Customs & Delivery: The Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs and standard customs charges to the country destination. Additional customs agent fees and country-specific paperwork will not be covered or provided; it is the responsibility of the winner to arrange these and cover any additional fees and documentation. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.
• Restrictions: No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items to the value thereof.

The Sponsor may require potential winners to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a release of liability, and a publicity release (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents").

4. Entry Methods

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

• Paid Route: Every Mystery Key purchased within the Mystery Vault Bundle during the Promotional Period automatically generates entry tickets into the main draw. Multiple entries are permitted.
• Free Entry Route: To enter without making a purchase, send a hand-written postcard or letter stating your full name, email address associated with your Fanatical account, and the phrase "Mystery Vault Contest Entry" to: Focus Multimedia Ltd (Fanatical Free Entry), The Studios, Lea Hall Enterprise Park, Wheelhouse Road, Rugeley, Staffordshire, WS15 1LH, United Kingdom. Free entries must be received by 02nd September 2026 and will be awarded equal weight to paid entries.

5. Privacy

All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner's list. All personal information submitted as part of the Contest may be shared by and between the Promotion Entities, and each of the Promotion Entities will use such information by their respective independent online privacy policies. 6. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, Entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating downloading materials in the Contest. The Sponsor (Fanatical) is expressly not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred due to the improper use of power supplies, adapters, and peripherals.

If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, then Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. In such an event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, perform the random drawing from among all eligible Entries received before or after such cancellation, suspension, or modification.

In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the Contest, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorised account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organisation (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorised account holder of the email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the Sponsor's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

7. Winner's List

AION 2 - Wishlist Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Fanatical (Focus Multimedia Ltd), registered in England and Wales.

Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition. A valid Fanatical account and Steam account are required to participate.

Promotional Period
The competition runs from June 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM BST to August 25, 2026, at 23:59 PM BST (“Promotional Period”).  Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

How to Enter
To qualify for a valid entry, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotional Period:

1. Visit the dedicated competition entry page on Fanatical 
2. Create a new Fanatical account or sign in to an existing one.
3. Add AION 2 to your Steam Wishlist.
4. Sync your Steam Wishlist to Fanatical via the on-page tool.

All mandatory steps must be completed to constitute a valid entry.  Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prize
The prize(s) available to be won consist of a 1 TB OLED Steam Deck. The Promoter reserves the right to add additional prizes to the prize pool at any time.  No cash alternative is available. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

Prize Provision
This competition is administered and promoted solely by Fanatical (Focus Multimedia Ltd).  The prize(s) are provided by Fanatical, which is responsible for the fulfilment to the winner. 

Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the competition closing. The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their Fanatical account.  If the winner does not respond within 10 working business days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Entry Requirements & Verification
The promoter reserves the right to verify any entries, including confirming completion of each required step. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise in breach of these terms may be disqualified.

Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Fanatical may use the winner’s username or first name and initial for reasonable publicity purposes relating to the competition.

Data Protection
Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the administration of this competition and handled in accordance with Fanatical’s Privacy Policy.

General
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.  The promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.  These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Focus Multimedia ("Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Contest.

2. Eligibility: Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Contest or win a prize. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating downloading materials in the Contest.
