Can't sign into using MS Edge web browser (Quota Exceeded)

    If "Quota Exceeded" is reported when you attempt to sign into your account while using the Microsoft Edge web browser:

    1. Clear's "Local storage" in Edge:
      • While viewing, press F12 to open Developer Tools.
      • In the Developer Tools window 
        • Select the "Storage" section heading
        • Click the "Folder" icon to show the folder list
        • Expand the "Local Storage" branch and select the "" entry within it
        • You should now see data stored in "Local Storage" bu In the right hand pane - click on an entry within that right hand pane then press Ctrl+A to select all and then press the "Delete" key to delete all the selected data
      • Press F12 again to close the Developer Tools window
    2. Refresh the site
      • While holding down the Ctrl key, press F5
    3. Try to sign into again
