If "Quota Exceeded" is reported when you attempt to sign into your fanatical..com account while using the Microsoft Edge web browser:
- Clear fanatical.com's "Local storage" in Edge:
- While viewing fanatical.com, press F12 to open Developer Tools.
- In the Developer Tools window
- Select the "Storage" section heading
- Click the "Folder" icon to show the folder list
- Expand the "Local Storage" branch and select the "www.fanatical.com" entry within it
- You should now see data stored in "Local Storage" bu fanatical.com In the right hand pane - click on an entry within that right hand pane then press Ctrl+A to select all and then press the "Delete" key to delete all the selected data
- Press F12 again to close the Developer Tools window
- Refresh the www.fanatical.com site
- While holding down the Ctrl key, press F5
- Try to sign into www.fanatical.com again
