The Fanatical Browser Extension (together with any updates or upgrades, the "Fanatical Browser Extension”) is offered by Focus Multimedia Limited (such entity, together with its affiliates, “Fanatical”, “we”, “us” or “our”) when configured for use with www.fanatical.com. 6. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling or disabling the Fanatical Browser Extension. In case of any termination, you must stop using the Fanatical Browser Extension. Fanatical may also terminate your right to use the Fanatical Browser Extension at any time, and in such event may modify it to make it inoperable.
