The "Redeem Keys" button and link in my "Order Confirmation" email doesn't work

    If you're not already signed into your fanatical.com account when you click the "Redeem Keys" button (or link) in your "Thank you for your Fanatical order" order confirmation email then you will be redirected to the fanatical.com home page.

    Please use the "Sign In" link (in the upper right corner of any fanatical.com webpage) to sign in using the email address to which the order confirmation email was sent and then either:

    • Click the "Redeem Keys" button in the email again
    • Select the "Account, Order History & Keys" option within the fanatica.com website and then click your order

    While viewing your order, click to reveal each of the associated keys - these are then redeemed, depending on the platform the game is delivered through, as explained in the following articles:
