Whilst Steam offers the Capcom Arcade Stadium engine for free, this free product is only the Capcom engine, there are no games provided. The free Steam product provides additional DLC for download at an additional cost.
The Arcade Stadium you've received in your order contains the Capcom engine, plus you will receive game DLC to play.
