We are aware of reports that FM27 activates successfully on Steam, but redeeming the key then prevents the preview weekend version of the game from being played.

We can confirm this issue has now been resolved. If this isn't instantly fixed, please restart Steam and attempt to play the Free Launch Preview again.
As suggested, we now recommend simply restarting Steam!
Note: if your key has activated successfully, your account is ready for the full game launch on November 10th!
This issue only appears to affect access to the preview weekend.
