1. Promoter
The Promoter is Focus Multimedia Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 02714424) with registered office at The Studios, Lea Hall Enterprise Park, Wheelhouse Road, Brereton, Rugeley, Staffordshire, WS15 1LH (“Fanatical” or “the Promoter”).
THE PROMOTION IS NOT IN ANY WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH MANCHESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB OR THE PREMIER LEAGUE AND EACH ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT NEITHER SEGA EUROPE, MANCHESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB NOR THE PREMIER LEAGUE SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION.
2. Promotion Overview
This promotion offers UK residents the chance to win a pair of tickets to watch Manchester City play against Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium on 4th of January 2026 when they purchase Football Manager 26 on fanatical.com.
No separate entry form is required. Eligible purchases automatically qualify as entries.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion begins at 00:01 GMT on 13th November 2025 and ends at 23:59 GMT on 4th December 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
All qualifying purchases made within this window will be automatically entered. Customers in the UK who purchased Football Manager 26 prior to 13th November 2025 will also be entered automatically and have the option to opt out via an email sent to them from fanatical.com during the promotional period.
4. Eligibility
Open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over.
Proof of UK residency (e.g. valid UK postal address) may be required before prizes are issued.
Employees of Focus Multimedia Ltd, SEGA Europe, Sports Interactive, and their immediate families or affiliated agencies are not eligible to enter.
5. How to Enter
Purchase Football Manager 26 (any edition) from fanatical.com during the Promotional Period.
Eligible purchases will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
One entry per transaction.
Customers will receive a confirmation email with a downloadable PDF confirming their entry.
No purchase necessary for retroactive entrants: all prior UK purchasers of Football Manager 26 will be entered automatically and receive a chance to opt out via email.
6. Prizes
- 1 x Grand Prize:
A pair (2) of tickets to attend Manchester City vs Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium on 4th of January 2026.
Tickets will be delivered digitally or via First Class post.
Travel, accommodation, and other expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. - 3 x Runner-Up Prizes:
Football Manager 26 Prize Packs including official physical merchandise (contents subject to availability).
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Promotional Period closes.
The draw will take place by 11th December 2025.
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Fanatical account.
Winners must respond within 5 working days to confirm acceptance and provide delivery details.
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within this timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected.
8. Prize Fulfilment
Match tickets will be issued subject to Manchester City Football Club’s terms and conditions of entry and are non-transferable.
Winners must comply with all stadium and event regulations.
The Promoter is not responsible for any match cancellations, rescheduling, or force majeure events.
Runner-up prize packs will be dispatched within 28 days of winner confirmation.
9. General
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
Late, lost, or incomplete entries.
Technical errors or interruptions to entry systems.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Fanatical’s Privacy Policy and used solely for administering this promotion.
Winners’ surnames and counties may be made available upon request, in accordance with UK competition law.
10. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
