"Content is still encrypted" error from Steam

This problem can occur if the game hasn't installed correctly from Steam.

We suggest

1. Right click on the game in your Steam game library and choose to "Remove the game" then wait for the game to be uninstalled
2. Right click on the game in your Steam game library and Install the game again
3. Try running the game again
