I didn't receive my confirmation email

    First, don't worry.  Your confirmation email won't be far away.

    If you have waited more than a few minutes and still haven't received the email then please follow our check list: 

    1. Did you enter the correct email when you created an account?
      Go into your account area at https://www.fanatical.com/en/account and check that the 'Registered Username' is correct.
      If there is a discrepancy then you can change your account email address

    2. Have you previously marked email from us as Spam?
      If you have flagged a previous email from us as Spam then your email address will be either greylisted or blacklisted and therefore won't be delivered.

      If you believe that this could be the case then please open a support ticket and let us know, we will investigate this for you.

    3. I've waited, now what?
      Open a support ticket and be sure to let us know your order ID.
