Digital Games published through Steam sometimes don't have a user manual. If they do they are either contained within the game itself, as a tutorial, or externally as a PDF file.
Games which do contain an external PDF file have their user manuals available from within Steam
- Load Steam and select the game from the library.
- Find the Links section on the right hand side of the game page.
- Select Manual
