Sometimes a 'Pending Order' is shown in your account.
Pending orders are nothing to worry about and it doesn't mean that you'll be charged twice.
Order show a status of "Pending" while we wait for payment conclusion from the payment processor - if an order remains "Pending" for a prolonged period this may mean that the payment was blocked and returned.
When you have completed a payment for an order and we have received a payment receipt notification the order's status will become 'Complete' (or sometimes Manual Authorisation).
Remember, if you've accidentally closed your browser and not completed a payment then simply start the payment process again:
- View your cart.
- Check the contents.
- Click "Proceed to checkout".
- If you don't see a screen to select your payment method when you click "Proceed to checkout", check that your web browser doesn't have an adBlocker (or similar, e.g. AdBlock Plus) active that might prevent you transitioning from fanatical.com to live.adyen.com - we use Adyen to process payment.
