If you have received an order confirmation email from our website but haven't ordered anything then you might have had your PayPal password guessed.
Step 1
Open a support ticket using the button in the top right of the screen.
We can block the order and initiate a refund.
Step 2
Change your PayPal password and email password to avoid any further attempts on other sites. We recommend a longer, more complex password.
Step 3
Contact PayPal, or your card provider and let them know that about the unauthorised purchase.
