The keys link in my order email doesn't work, it sends me to your homepage

    This error occurs in a very small number of instances and is caused by not being logged into our website using the email address that the order was placed by.

    To fix this, ensure you are logged into our website using the email address that the order was placed in.

    Once logged in either try the link again - or select 'My Account' then 'My Orders and Keys' to view your orders and keys.

    If you still get problems then please open a support ticket.
