To delete an account you simply need to open a ticket to us and we will do the rest.
If you have already purchased from us, please include one order number from your account and from that order one steam key - to confirm your access to and ownership of the account you're asking to be deleted.
Once an account is deleted you will no longer be able to see your historic invoices or the keys you have purchased.
Please ensure you have copied all of your keys if you have not already redeemed them, you will no longer be able to see your keys in an account area.
Click in the top right to open a support ticket, and tell us your email address and previous order number.
Note: Subscription to the emailed newsletter is separate and needs to be done in addition to requesting your account deletion - use the "unsubscribe" link included in each newsletter to remove yourself from that list.
