I haven't received my order confirmation email! What do I do?

    After successfully completing an order, Fanatical.com provides access to your keys from your customer account area-- you don't need a specific email to collect your order 

    You can access your keys from your order confirmation email or by logging into your account at fanatical.com using the "SIGN IN" link.    If you are using the same device then you are probably still logged in. 

    If you haven't received an order confirmation email though, it's strange?    If you can't find your email then please check your Spam or Junk folder.  

    Sometimes our email provider experiences a delay of a few minutes.

    I've waited, now what?

    When you completed the order, were you informed about Manual Authorisation?    If so then the order might still be in it's approval stage.

    Wrong email address?

    If the order completed correctly then we will need to investigate a little further.  When you paid you should have an email with your payment reference number on it. 

    Open a support ticket and tell us this order reference number.
