When you purchase from our website you will receive a key to be used on Steam (or sometimes another platform).
To be able to redeem a key you must first 'Reveal Key' for a product.
Refunding if the keys haven't been revealed
If you have an order which is in a 'Manual Authorisation' state and wish have it refunded, or a "Complete" order which hasn't had its keys revealed AND the order was delivered within the last 14 days then please Contact our support team. In this instance, please remember to tell us your order number.
If you live in the European Union, revealing your key means you waive your right to cancel your purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 if the performance of our services has begun (for example if the product activation key has been disclosed to you).
Refunding if the keys have been revealed
By revealing a key you are no longer able to receive a refund for a purchase if you have purchased incorrectly. The key is in the public domain and we can't accept it back. This is as explained in our Terms and Conditions. We apologise for any inconvenience caused may cause.

If you are not sure whether a game will work on your computer then please check the System Requirements (and platforms supported, e.g. Windows, Mac OS X and Linux) before purchasing. You can also use the "View on Steam" link to reach the Steam page about the specific game to review any discussions posted by users of the specific games.
If you’re not happy with your purchase for any other reason and need further assistance to make the game function correctly, please don't hesitate to contact our support team. If after diagnostics we are unable to make the game function correctly then we will look into possibly providing a refund.
