This support article details the redemption process to activate your VideoProc title from our software Bundle.

The first stage of the redemption process:

To start the redemption process, copy and paste the Fanatical code you received HERE

Complete the form by entering your redemption key from your Fanatical order and your e-mail address.
When completed you will receive an email containing the software license codes and download URLs.

VideoProc AI Converter

From the email received from Videoproc, select to download VideoProc Converter AI.
Run the download and enter the 'Lifetime License Code' and your email, then select “Activate” to convert the trial to a fully licensed edition.

(Please note that there are no spaces in the license code field. It’s highly recommended to copy & paste your code.)

Confirmation of your license being registered can be seen by selecting the gear icon followed by the “About” option which will display this detail in a new window.

Select the download URL for this title from the email that you received by following the first stage of the redemption process. (Please click here for detail on this)
On launch of this software please select the "Register" option and then enter your email and license code, and select “Activate” to convert the trial to a full licensed edition.
(Please note that there are no spaces in the license code field. It’s highly recommended to copy & paste your code.)

Confirmation of your license registration being completed can be seen by selecting the “About” icon which will display this detail in a new window.

Select the download URL for this title from the email that you received by following the first stage of the redemption process. (Please click here for detail on this)
Launch the software and select the "New Project" option followed by selecting the padlock icon in the top right-hand corner which will open a window to register your software.
In this window select the "Get one for free" option end enter your email address.

You will receive an email including your license code that you can select "Log in" in the software.

Confirmation of your license being registered can be seen by selecting the “VideoProc -> About” which will display this detail in a new window.
