Status on your partial refund for Total War Pharaoh

We have been working with the developers of the game to confirm the details of the refund.
We're planning to send out partial refunds early next week (18th December+). We hope for this to be a fast, automated, partial refund and an email will be delivered to you to confirm once this is done.
It may take an additional 7 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
