    CCPA - Additional information that is applicable to Californian residents

    The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) provides Californian residents regarding personal data collection, use and sharing.

    They have the rights to know about the personal information we have collected, disclosed, or sold in the last 12 months. They also have, in some cases, the right to request their personal information or have your it transferred to another party.

    Deletion requests of personal information can also be made, subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law.

    Whilst Fanatical.com doesn't sell your personal data, the ability to opt-out of the sale of your personal information to third parties is also a protection provided to Californian residents.

    Such requests require that we first verify the subjects identity and can be made by opening a support ticket through our system or by emailing support@fanatical.com. Your requests will be responded to within the timescale set out by law (45 days) and you will not be discriminated against by us for exercising your privacy rights.
