Doorways: The Underworld is missing from my order?

Doorways All Chapters Collection contains three games, but you will find that only two keys are provided in the order.

The key for Doorways: Prelude will actually unlock two games -    Prelude, and The Underworld. 

Please go ahead and activate the two keys and enjoy your three games.
